(born July 10, 1971, Mexico City, Mexico)
is one of the most multifaceted and
dynamic of actors in Hollywood today.

Julia-Levy was raised by his Grandfather,
clothing tycoon, Abraham Levy
(Levi-Strauss) who died when Julia-Levy
was 16. Even though Julia-Levy was born
into one of the most powerful and
established families in Mexico, he always
new he wanted to be an actor.
Notably, it wasn't until the age of 16 that
he had the opportunity to meet his
father, the late Raul Julia (Actor) on the
set of an American film production
called Romero.

Known as the Howard Hughes of Mexico,
Julia-Levy remains much more than a film
and television actor. He is an
entrepreneur, humanitarian and
philanthropist, and remains very active in
the political and socio-economic
concerns of his country.

In December 2000 Julia-Levy participated
in the Presidential Inauguration of the
newly elected President Vincente Fox with
the main purpose of addressing how to
shelter and educate the indigenous people
from the state of Oaxaca, and Chihuahua
Mexico. Attending the event were high
profile figures from both the political world
and entertainment industry.

In 2001 he was invited by the President
Vincente Fox, to participate in the
inauguration of Yucatan's newly elected
Governor Patricio Patron Laviada.

In 2006, newly elected President Felipe
de Jesus Calderon Hinojosa invited Raul
Julia-Levy and several other notable
Hollywood actors and producers to attend
his Presidential inauguration.

Julia-Levy is also deeply committed to the
issues of animal welfare. Julia-Levy has
been quoted as saying, "If I was alone on
a deserted Island with my dog, and there
was one morsel of food left, I would
without question, give it to my dog."
Julia-Levy was motivated by the sudden
death of his beloved Scottish Terrier,
O'Toole in 2005, to form a new company.
In 2006 Julia-Levy in partnership with
Laura Holk founded fluantmypet.com -
an online community focused on pet
health, news and entertainment as well
as a focus on providing shelter for pets
in need.

Other business endeavors include working
to revive and expand the Mexican airlines,
Aerolineas Internacionales and, with his
family, restoring the San Felipe Villas
resort located by the Sea of Cortez.
Beginning in January 2007 Julia-Levy,
along with his brother Jose Levy
(Attorney and Politician) established
The National Foundation for Education
of the Indigenous.The foundation
provides scholarships to various
indigenous groups throughout
Mexico. He will continue to volunteer his
time and resources to various
humanitarian efforts in the Los Angeles
area.

Julia-Levy currently resides in LA with his
two Scottish Terriers, Nell and O'Toole Jr.
